Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of any online courses, programs, or
services provided by Elite Pole Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in or accessing our online
courses, you (“you”, “the participant”, “the client”) agree to these Terms in full.
Our courses are delivered online only. Access duration: Elite Performance Strategy – Limited-time
access as stated at purchase. 28 Days to Winning Foundations – Lifetime access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing or
distributing course materials or login details with others is strictly prohibited.
Payment can be made via one-time payment or approved payment plan as offered at checkout. By
selecting a payment plan, you authorise Elite Pole Coaching (or its payment processor) to
automatically charge your nominated payment method for each instalment on the agreed schedule.
Elite Pole Coaching has a strict no-refund policy. Once a course has been purchased and
accessed, no refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be granted, except where required under
Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
All course materials remain the property of Elite Pole Coaching. You are granted a limited,
non-transferable licence for personal use only.
Pole dancing and physical exercise carry inherent risks. You agree to follow all instructions safely
and within your physical limits.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Pole Coaching is not liable for any injury, loss, or
damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from participation in our courses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

 

 

Privacy Policy
Elite Pole Coaching respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information
in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We may collect your name, email address, payment details, and other information necessary for
course delivery, support, and marketing.
Your information is used to deliver our courses, communicate updates, and send marketing content
if you’ve opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Data is securely stored through Wix and trusted third-party processors. We take reasonable steps
to protect your information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access.
We may share necessary data with payment processors, email marketing services, and analytics
platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting

Refund Policy
Elite Pole Coaching maintains a no-refund policy for all online courses and digital products.
Once a purchase has been made and access granted, you are deemed to have received the full
benefit of the product. Refunds or cancellations will not be provided for change of mind, non-use, or
inability to participate.
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a course
is not delivered as promised, or if a major fault prevents access, you may be entitled to a remedy
under the ACL.
