Hi, I’m Claire and I’ve been on the pole stage for over a decade — first as a competitor, and now as a coach who helps dancers turn their hard training into podium-ready performances.
I was just like you. I trained for hours, stacked as many tricks into my routines as I could, and still walked off stage feeling like my performance didn’t match my ability. I wondered if I’d ever feel truly confident under the lights.
Over the years, I’ve competed at the elite level and coached dancers from their very first comp all the way to winning podium spots — including placements on international stages.
And guess what the #1 thing I’ve learned throughout this entire journey is…?👉 Training harder isn’t enough to win. More tricks won’t fix an unpolished routine, and cleaner lines don’t come from luck. They come from foundations built the right way. That's what turns heads on stage.
